Two big rock bands from two different continents are on their way to Asia to perform one big concert in Bangkok!
For the first time ever, England’s Travis and Canada’s Simple Plan will perform together in a concert called Travis And Simple Plan Live in Bangkok on July 29 at Muang Thong Thani.
Both bands have been on the rock scene for many years. Leading Brit pop band Travishave been around for more than 10 years. Thai fans know them through their hits “Sing”, “Closer”, Why Does It Always Rain On Me. Their latest album “The Boy with No Name” was released in 2007. Travis’ comprises Andy Dunlop, Dougie Payne, Francis Healy and Neil Primrose.
They are joined by Canadian punk rock band Simple Plan. Songs such as “Addicted”, “Perfect” and “Shut Up” enjoyed big success in Thailand. Simple Plan’s members are lead singer Pierre Bouvier, drummer Chuck Comeau, bassist David Desrosiers, and guitarists Sebastien Lefebvre and Jeff Stinco. They have released three studio albums, their most recent released this year.
Travis And Simple Plan Live in Bangkok will be held on July 29, 2008 at the Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani.
