BEC-Tero Entertainment Public Company Limited. It was founded on 27 March,1998. It's a joint venture between BEC World Public Co., Ltd. and Mr. Brian L. Marcar in the form of shareholdings and capital for World Media Supply Co., Ltd. The company then changed its name to BEC-Tero Entertainment Co., Ltd.

The company conducts its business in seven major divisions:

          1. Television Programs
              The company strives to enrich local programming by making drama series, variety shows, game shows, news analysis programs, and live local and international sports broadcasts. The company has divided its TV production arm into three – Bangkok TV, Bangkok Drama, and BEC-Tero News divisions.

          2. Film
              The company has produced and distributed Thai films under the name Film Bangkok. Its masterpiece is “Bang Rajan”, a blockbuster epic movie which grossed a total income of 152 million Baht in Bangkok alone and won many awards.

          3. Concerts and Events
              The shows and events held by the company are divided into three groups:
                    • Family Events such as Disney on Ice, , JUMP!, Break Out, David Copperfield’s Magic Show
                    • Youth Events such as concerts by international teen idols for examples Black Eyed Peas, Beyoncé, Kylie Minogue, Maroon 5 etc.
                    - Adult Contemporary shows such as Miss Thailand World beauty pageant and concerts by international artists, for examples, Andy Williams, George Benson, Rod Stuart, Paul Anka etc.

         4. Sports
           The company has hosted international and local sporting events such as the annual ATP Thailand Open, PTT Thailand Open 2009 , the Paradorn Super Tour and the King’s Cup Polo tournament. The company also has a football club, BEC-Tero Sasana, and cooperates with Arsenal FC in England to develop Thai footballers’ skills.

         5. Radio
              BEC-Tero Radio Company Limited is part of the BEC-TERO Entertainment family a subsidiary of BEC World Plc., Thailand's largest media company. BEC-Tero Radio currently provides radio services through 2 stations; 95.5 Virgin Hitz which has been operating since 2002 and EAZY FM 105.5, which has been operating since 1994. Both stations also broadcast online at www.becteroradio.com as well as via mobile sites at m.virginhitz.com and m.eazyfm.com and mobile application on iPhone, iPad and Blackberry. Our website has been awarded No.1 radio station website by Truehits.net Web Award for 5 consecutive years since 2005.

         6. Other Business
             BEC-Tero also operates several other businesses:
             •  Ticket reservation services operated by Thaiticketmajor.com Co., Ltd.
             •  Thailand music community website: Qikplay.com
             • Health Products operated by Minami Nutrition (Thailand) and Dermasalves Science Asia Pacific. Minami Nutrition distributes Omega 3 fish oil under the brand MoreDHA and MorePHA. Dermasalve focuses on skincare products. Its first product is SafeCleanse, a hand cleanser that does not need water.

         7. Other Services
            BEC-Tero also offers additional services including the promotion of events for the USA Fair 2008; events production and organization; art direction; and the BEC-Tero Care Charity Project such as Elle Fashion for Life and Charity Disney on Ice 2009.
