The talented songwriter and producer was joined by an impressive line-up of artists: Natalie Cole, Charice, Peter Cetera, Ruben Studdard and The Canadian Tenors in the concert at Impact Arena on 25 October.
David Foster - Grammy® winning producer, writer and arranger, entertained the crowd with his sense of humour, and left the stage to wander through the crowd personally inviting the audience to sing with him. Thai artist Tata Young was one of them, who sang a verse from the Celine Dion song “Because You Loved Me”.
The spectacularly powerful voice of Charice, the singing sensation from the Philippines, ended the show with a standing ovation from the audience. She turned in stunning renditions of “The Power of Love”, “I Will Always Love You”, "I Have Nothing” and “All by Myself”.
The finale of the show, which was performed by all the vocalists, was “Earth Song”, a song which Foster co-wrote with Michael Jackson. The show ended with thunderous applause from the excited audience.
