The British rock band, formed in 2007, consists of Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, Winston Marshall and Ted Dwane. Forming a band was a happy accident, and nothing unusual about how they formed; shared musical interests, an interest to both make and perform music whatever the occasion, and this comparatively unique passion for the very notion of community and collaboration.

The band has released four studio albums; "Sigh No More," (2009), "Babel," (2012), "Wilder Mind," (2015) and "Delta," (2018). Their debut, "Sigh No More," peaked at number two on the UK Albums Chart and the Billboard 200 in the US, earning the band the Brit Award for Best British Album in 2011 and six overall Grammy Award nominations.

Their sophomore album “Babel” debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart. The band received eight total Grammy nominations for “Babel” and won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. The album “Babel” led to a headline performance at Glastonbury Festival in 2013. The band also won the Brit Award for Best British Group in 2013.

As one of the most successful acts to come out of the 21st century’s English folk revival, Mumford & Sons’ agreeable fusion of bluegrass, folk, country and rock found favor with audiences both at home and abroad. In 2018, Mumford & Sons released their substantial fourth album, “Delta”. The critical consensus suggested that “Delta” is their finest work to date. Helmed by producer Paul Epworth, it’s a record that finds Mumford & Sons at their most adventurous. In support of the album, the band announced the most extensive and ambitious world tour they have ever done and are slated to hit cities across Asia.
